Walter Warneck founded Top Dog Tutoring, Inc. not only to address short term academic requests but also to foster students' long lasting confidence in how to take on future academic endeavors.
Walter holds both a B.A. from Princeton University and an M.Ed. from Harvard University.
He has also earned three Massachusetts State Teaching Certifications: Middle School 5-9, French 5-12, and High School Science 9-12.
Walter has tutored hundreds of students over thousands of hours in numerous academic disciplines across a range of grade levels and skill sets. The success he has experienced through teaching in such a variety of academic situations gives him great confidence in encouraging his students' flexibility and creativity when seeking to "unleash" their potential.
Walter patiently guides students through a process of self-discovery while they simultaneously learn and improve. Walter expects his students to eventually take ownership of their improvements. From this change in attitude and perspective, students will realize that they are indeed ready to duplicate the progress they had already demonstrated throughout the sessions.
